"Did you move the money to a Roth IRA?" Only a portion was moved to ROTH IRA, the rest to traditional IRA. The amounts are wrong with either answer. How to split?

My form 1099-R has a large amount on line 1 and a small amount on line 2 (taxable). The non-taxable and taxable seemed to be lumped together as a ROTH conversion or non-ROTH conversion depending on how I answer the above question.
