Did not check that my retirement is subject to the Bailey settlement. How can I correct this?

Go back and EDIT the 1099-R in the Federal section, and carefully step thru the pages that follow until you see the one below.

Make sure that the NC distribution amount is the same $$ as box 2a of the 1099-R form  (if box 2a is empty, then it should be the federally taxable amount that is calculated from box 1)
