CSA 1099R retirement is not taxable in MA why is my retirement taxable in turbotax

I am a retired federal employee. MA doesn't tax my pension at all. Turbo Tax is not showing that correctly.

When you enter your 1099-R into TT, one of the follow-up pages is titled "Tell Us Which 1099-R You Have". One of the choices is CSA-1099-R. Perhaps you forgot to check that box?

I think TurboTax messed up my tax return, or I did. I had early distributions of retirement but nearly all of it was withdrawing contributions of roth ira. No 1099-R is
