Can you move money from a Roth to a traditional IRA because this years income exceeded the roth eligibility limits. Is there a tax on the funds if so?

Prior to filing this years taxes.

You can have the Roth IRS custodian recharacterize a 2020 Roth contribution to a Traditional IRA that will be treated as if the Roth contribution never happened and the contribution was to the Traditional IRA instead.  Any earnings in the Roth contribution would also be transferred to the Traditional IRA.  You have until April 15, 2021 to do this for a 2020 contribution (or Oct 15 if you file a timely extension to file.)
