Can you deduct ira if over 121k

On ira if you are less than $121k at a employer that had a 401k plan but with the add'l w-2 at a company that did not offer a plan resulted in the magi over $121k, is there a way to get deduction?

Can you deduct ira if over 121k

No, you cannot get a deduction based on one of your W2s that did not offer a plan.  You must use the Modified Adjusted Gross Income reported on your return.
