Can turbotax help me to annualize my income and make tax payments early for 2019? How do I avoid the penalty for large capital gains income in the beginning of the year?

if you had  large capital gains in the first three months of the year, then annualized income probably won't benefit you.      but you have nothing to loose by seeing if it will.
