Can't get past e-file because of zip code in 1099-R

Review and make sure you have the correct state 2 letter code and the correct zip. If it is entered correctly then simply enter your state and zip code to get it past the error ... it really really doesn't matter in the least.

Fed return was rejected, had to mail it, that's resolved now I want to file state but TT doesn't have option to efile state only? Help! Does state have to be mailed too?
