Can our SSA-1099's be submitted through Turbotax? IRS is asking for proof of refund.

Received a letter 12C requesting proof for amount on line 29D of our 1040SR return.

You mean 25d?  You need to mail back copies of your W2s, SSA-1099 and any 1099 like 1099R showing federal withholding on them.   Check if the withholding matches what you reported on 25a, 25b & 25c.

Please explain exactly what the IRS is requesting.  There is not a Line 29D on a 2022 federal tax return Form 1040.
