Can I use Turbotax to file my taxes if I've lived a partial year in the United States and a partial year in the Netherlands? I'm looking to do this as easy as possible!

Yes, you can use TurboTax.  Any of the CD/Download editions will handle your foreign earned income and foreign tax credit.  You will find the CD/Download editions easier to use as you can see the forms while you are preparing your returns.  The online versions Deluxe and Premier can handle foreign income as well.

As you were not overseas for a full year, instead of using the foreign earned income exclusion, you should use foreign tax credit (paid or accrued) to help offset double taxation. If you have previously taken the foreign earned income exclusion, you need to know that if you use foreign tax credit only this year, the IRS will consider that you revoked the foreign earned income exclusion and you will not be able to use it for 5 years.
