Yes, you can skip around in the software and enter information that you have now, and go back later to enter information that you are still waiting for from employers, banks, etc.. etc. etc.

I am using the on line program and cant skip to income sections that I want to fill in first?

When the questions come up to ask you about your income answer that you want to enter the information yourself. It will allow you to skip around to any sections that you want to in any order that you want to.
