Can i fix my taxes they where deducted to zero because one of the social security for a dependent is missing I don’t have any dependents

If you need to delete a dependent entry then please follow these steps:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click "My Info" from the left side of your screen
3. Scroll down to delete any dependents entered

So my issue is that I login to mobile app and it says 1,400.00 is my taxes refund so I put that info on the irs trax refund tracker and it says my taxes have been deducted to 00.00 because of missing dependents social security and name but then I login again in TurboTax online and it says my refund is 1743.00  and I put that info in the irs tracking website and nothing comes up
