Can I fill out other forms while waiting for 1099-R to arrive in the mail?

I am waiting for 1099-R to arrive in the mail for both Dividend Distributions and Withdrawals. Can I go to other forms to complete while I'm waiting for those?

I still need to mail a 4853 (1099R replacement) This will document my income allowing for Premium tax credit. Should I file Turbo tax and be on time? Or wait and 1040?
