Yes, all 1099-Rs are included in all editions.

However, the entry of a 1099-R isn't available in the tax software, for a couple more days yet (supposedly)

@SteamTrain Just checked the online editions, the Form 1099-R section is now available.

And as a corollary, Form 8606 (which some retirement filers need) is now showing as available for print and efile.

Yep...just went thru interview for 1099-R in the "Online" software.

Re-checked for Desktop update...... not quite ready yet.
