Yes, if you file Married Filing Jointly, you will claim her exemption. It does not matter if she has earned income or not.

What you Cannot do is claim your spouse as a Dependent when you are married.

Yes, if you file Married Filing Jointly, you will claim her exemption. It does not matter if she has earned income or not.

You will file Married Filing Jointly which will include her as your exemption.
