No. You never claim a spouse as a dependent. File a joint return
When you file a joint return, you and your spouse will get the married filing jointly standard deduction of $24,800 (+$1300 for each spouse 65 or older)
You cannot claim your husband as a dependent but you can file a joint return.
And you will need to enter his SSDI or SSA-1099 into your Joint tax return.
