Can I change my answer on Capital Gain Worksheet "Is this transaction reported to you on Form 1099-B or equivalent statement?" from "No" to "Yes"

I have a long-term capital gain that is being flagged in the review process because the box is improperly flagged as "no"

Of course you can. Just *Edit* that transaction again. For instance in the Deluxe version that I have (Premier is a little different in the titles but the same principle applies) click thru: Federal Taxes / Wages & Income / I'll choose what I work on / Scroll down to Investment Income / Select Stocks, ... follow along until you're offered the opportunity to edit your transactions.
