Did you already file? If you haven't filed yet you can change anything you want. If that is one of the beginning questions then don't worry about those. Just enter what you have.

Or did you have some from last year that transferred over? If it transferred a 1099R from 2017 you can delete it.

Can I say I'm a full-time student to avoid receiving the Retirement Savings Contribution credit and thus avoid paying for TurboTax deluxe? I'm not a student.
