Can anyone tell me when TT 2025 desktop will be updated to allow info for 401k disbursements and solar power credit form?

The Form 1099-R section was updated last night. 01/21/2026, for the online editions.  If you are not seeing this on your account, clear cache and cookies on your web browser.

The Form 1099-R section was updated this morning, 01/22/2026, for the desktop editions.  Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

The Form 5695,Residential Energy Credits has not yet been finalized.  There is currently no date when it will be available.
