Can anyone confirm that the exclusion for West Virginia military retirement income is the entire amount, not limited to $20,000?

Yes, you are correct. WV now excludes the entire amount of military retirement and TurboTax has been updated to show this.

Thanks for the clarification. It appears that turbotax has not yet incorporated the new exclusion. (It still shows the $20,000 exclusion as the maximum). How can I send this information along to them?

WV forms have not yet been finalized. I'm sure the calculation will be updated in the final form. TurboTax Online will automatically update when the forms have been released.
