Box 2 on my 1099 is taxable income. Box 2 here is amount withheld, which is Box 4 o my 1099. I'm tempted to file it.

Are you trying to enter a 1099R in the W2 spot? Delete it and start over.

Enter a 1099R under
Federal Taxes
Wages & Income
Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) – Click Start
