Box 12a on my W2 says "II". This is not an option in your drop down list for Box 12. What should I do since I cannot move forward?

According to my employer, Box 12 filled with "II" means Medicaid waiver payments excluded from gross income.

Check box 12 again.  The code 'II' is listed just after code 'HH' in box TurboTax Online and TurboTax desktop versions.

Thanks.  I confirmed "II" was not listed after "HH" in the initial drop down set.  To solve the issue, I was able to bypass the first screen by responding with a blank 12a.  The next screen prompts for 12a to be filled in.  For some reason that drop down is more inclusive and "II" is included.  It seems the user interface needs updating so both drop downs match!  Thanks again.
