In previous years, I recall there were additional Federal or State (Oregon) Credits for Total Permanently Disability.
My sister is claiming my 60 year old mom who lives with her full-time in Oregon. My mom only receives Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), is considered Totally and Permanently Disabled (TPD) & has stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. We want to know if there are there any additional credits that my sister can claim on her taxes since she takes care of my mom.

Other than claiming the medical expenses, there are no additional tax credits available to your sister for your mother.
There are disability/medical credits on both the federal and Oregon tax returns, but they can only be claimed if your mother files by herself.
