Benefits from Self-Insured Medical Plans will not allow me to select Zero. It states minimum value is $1. I did not receive any of these type of benefits.Can I set to $0?

Usually instead of entering zero, you can leave the box empty in situations like this. If that's not possible for you, please respond with what is going on.

The feild would not allow me to enter zero or to leave it blank. Both attempts gave me an error message stating the minimum value was $1

The error message appears on the entry page. Message reads, "minimum value is 1". No forms or worksheets are identified.

Is this in a state tax return for Michigan? I am thinking that a zero transferred over from a W-2 that you entered in the Federal section . Did you import your W-2 into TurboTax? Sometimes imported forms can cause issues like these. I would suggest deleting your W-2 and deleting your MI state return, then entering the W-2 by hand. I'm including a screenshot in my answer above, which I believe is what you are seeing.
