I had the same issue and was able to see the entries after three days if checking the site.
try to delete the form for the Saver's credit from the program.
In the TurboTax online version:
1. Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
2. On your left, Select Tax Tools / drop down menu
3. Select Tools
4. Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
5. Select Delete next to Form 8880 and Continue with My Return to proceed
If the credit applies to you, re-visit the section again. If it doesn't apply to you, try to file again.
