At age 70 1/2, took out funds in excess of my RMD, repaid a portion of the funds within the 60 days, where do I enter the amount repaid?

When entering 1099-R, indicate amount rolled over. Only one such transaction per year is allowed.

When you enter the 1099-R, afterwards you'll be asked what you did with the money.  The first choice is that you put the money into a qualified plan.  check that and then enter the amount when asked.
