Asking for more info on a 1099r form listed as untitled , how do I delete this form?

To delete your 1099-R:

Go to Federal > Wages & Income
Scroll down to the Retirement Plans and Social Security section
Click Revisit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
On the Your 1099-R Entries screen, click Delete next to the 1099-R you want to remove and then Yes to confirm.
