Are retired military pension funds considered a part of the $6000 retirement reduction allowed by state of Arkansas ?

I am retired military and retired from work. Only other retirement funds ( other than SSI ) is income from individual IRA.

Retired military personnel are entitled to a $6,000 exemption.
