Are my Thrift Savings Plan distributions taxable for NY state ?

My husband and I are both retired Federal employees receiving CSRS pensions, which are exempt from NY state taxes.  We also receive distributions from our Federal TSP plan both monthly and extra amounts upon request.  Are the TSP distributions entirely or partially exempt from NY state taxes?
