Assuming that your donor advised fund is not one of the ones that the IRS warns about (see https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/charitable-organizations/donor-advised-funds), you would enter such contributions in the same place you would enter any charitable contribution.
Do a Search (upper right) for "charitable contributions" (lower case without the double quotes) and jump to it. Go through the first few pro forma questions, then you ads the donor advised fund as a charity, and then click the Add button for "money". Continue through the screens.
