You may have mistakenly entered your retirement distribution as Canadian pension.

Go to federal>wages and income
Retirement plans and Social Security
Scroll to Canadian registered pension select update
If there is an entry, delete it
Reenter your 1099R where it says IRA, 401K, pension plan withdrawals, (1099R)
