I have the same problem. An obvious bug in the software. I was entering 1099-R info, was asked if I received 2016 hurricane distributions, answered no, and now I'm stuck in the loop. Fix this TurboTax!

Great answer! Worked like a charm. This is definitely a systemic bug and should have been addressed by their developers. I got a generic response to my query that indicated that neither the problem understood nor would any action be taken by the developers.

Based on the date of some of the responses, this isn't a new problem. I am using the down-loaded product and after over 10 years of TurboTax, I may need to try H&R Block's software.
