I received a 1099-R from annuities payment, the box # 1 is the same amount in box #2. However, box # 2B is marked as " Taxable amount not determined"
How I can calculate the taxable amount ?? Please advise.

Unless you have basis in nondeductible traditional IRA contributions, the entire amount is taxable. If you do have basis in nondeductible traditional IRA contributions previously reported on a Form 8606, the taxable amount of your 2025 distribution is determined on Part I of your 2025 Form 8606.
