How do I enter my SSA-1099 on Pennsylvania state form?
All income is entered on your federal return first. You enter this form on your federal return and it will flow through to your state return.
Follow the directions below to enter Form SSA-1099 onto your return.
- Log in and click take me to my return (unless already in).
- Click Tax Tools from the left-side menu.
- Select Tools from the drop down menu.
- Click Topic Search, type in SSA-1099, and click Go.
Alternatively, you can enter the form by following the directions below.
- Log in and click take me to my return (unless already in)
- Click search and type in social security benefits, and select the Jump to link that pops up in the search results.
- On the Social Security Benefits screen, answer Yes and select Continue.
