A form has come up asking for Canadian pension Informztion. I have nothing to do with Canada. How do I eliminate it?

It is easy to click into the Canada section. You need to delete it. 

• Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TTO?
• Desktop: Switch to Forms mode and delete

No need to switch to forms.

The workaround is to click "back' instead of "continue" when TT asks about the institution name. You will see an empty form; click the trashcan and it will be gone until you click "visit all" again, requiring the same workaround.
