403b deduction is not being included to reduce my taxable income. How can this be corrected?

Your employer has already excluded from the amount in box 1 of your W-2 the elective deferral contributed to the 403(b) and reported with code E in box 12 of your W-2. You are not permitted to deduct it again on your tax return.
