4 53 29 Spouse died mid Oct, and Required Minimum Distribution was not paid. Form 5329 needed to avoid penalty. Do I just print TurboTax, attach 5329, then send IRS?

If upgrade to other editions of TurboTax needed, please advise.

Clarification-- I've completed TurboTax online, and just need to know--  do I simply include a printed Form 5329 to my printed TurboTax forms, so as to prevent potential penalty caused by spouse's death and pension fund freezing funds and then not issuing the Required Minimum Distribution?

Form 5329 will be efiled with your federal return. You will need to upgrade to Deluxe.
