I keep getting prompted during the federal review to address some questions. On the 1099-R Distribution from Pensions, IRAs, etc the “Other” button is selected and I get the message “Check this entry” Form 1099-R: Type of account should not be selected for this distribution, however I am unable to unselect the “other” option.
I select No Entry and continue but the form doesn’t change. I deleted the form and re-entered with the same results and I have performed a “Clear & Start Over” thinking it cached or remembered something and still have the same error.
This is a "7D" - Normal distribution - Annuity payments from nonqualified annuities.
I have multiple 1099-R’s and am unable to efile due to this error. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

This is a known issue.
Please see Why am I getting an error when entering Form 1099-R box 7 code 7D?
Thank you - I appreciate the response. I did search before posting but for some reason missed this.
I helped couple of Experts & Customers regarding this issues. Below is the work around that you can try:
By pass the error
If CX is done entering all tax documents and ready to file
Go to file, complete Steps 1 to 3 of check out
Then it will go back to fix Federal (ignore this) after entering all information in Steps 1-3
Then ask CX to log out of TT to clear cache and cookies
Then log in to Google Chrome and TT account
Then complete the check out and efile process
