My 1099-R shows two distributions, each from a different account at the same institution. When importing the form/data, only the first account's info shows up as imported. TurboTax is clear to enter data exactly as it appears. Do I enter each line separately somehow? Do I enter the total of these two distributions?

Did you get one 1099R or 2? Enter the 1099R or each 1099R exactly as shown. Do you have the actual 1099Rs in hand?
I have a single 1099-R (I received a pdf copy of it). My single 1099-R showed both disbursements.
Your question prodded me to look again at Turbo Tax. I was still unsure how to enter both items, but when I completed entering data for the first line/disbursement, TT then prompted me with a new query for the other disbursement. Quite unclear to me on my first time around with this subject, but it solves my problem! Solution is that TT treated my single 1099-R as two different entries, it just didn't appear to tell me that was what it was doing.
