1099-R RMD TurboTax says I didn't meet my RMD but I did

I'm using TurboTax 2024 Premier desktop. I entered my 1099R from Vanguard exactly as it appears. This is an Inherited IRA. I took exactly my RMD amount. The numbers on the 1099R are all correct. A few screens later TurboTax asked me what my required RMD amount was. I entered the required amount which is the same number as the distribution that I took. On the next screen I selected "The entire distribution applied to the December 31, 2024 RMD. Next screen TurboTax says that I didn't take out enough to meet my minimum distribution and I am short by the entire amount and it wants to calculate my penalty.

I was reading in these forums that people with more than one retirement account were having similar errors. (I only have one retirement account.)  One person said that they got around it by typing in zero when asked what the RMD amount for that account was. I tried that but then the overview page, it shows that my distribution income was zero.  So that won't fix it.

I am experiencing the same problem. Took out $7000, RMD is $6791, but TurboTax says I owe a 25% penalty tax. Please advise when this is corrected.
