1099-R for my spouse is from a law enforcement agency for her ex-husband. The question has two answers for her in TurboTax...Was Mary Employed as a Public Safety Employee such as law enforcement... She was not employed as a Public Safety Employee, but the retirement income is from a law enforcement agency, How do I answer the question?
