1099-r, Box 2a is more than taxable IRA distribution since I repaid the fund within 60 days. The fund won't issue Form 5498 until May. How do I enter it in turbo tax?

Enter the 1099-R as it appears in Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement. One of the follow up questions asks about rollovers/repayments. However, you are only permitted to do this once per year.
