If you received a CSA 1099-R, it is entered as Retirement Income in the Wages & Income section, under 'IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Wathdrawals'.

To check your entry, type '1099r' in the Search window, then 'Jump to 1099r'.

Choose Edit on the page 'Your 1099-R Entries' (screenshot).

Be sure to enter any amount you have in Box 5 on your CSA 1099-R.

If you mistakenly also entered this income as a W-2,  you can Delete the W-2.

Type 'w2' in the Search window, then 'Jump to w2'.

At the page 'Here's your W-2 Info' click the Trash Can icon next to the entry you want to Delete (screenshot).
