Where do I find the Oklahoma Distribution Amount--is it the taxable amount or the gross distribution amount on a 1099R

If the state distribution amount is left blank on your 1099-R, leave it blank on your TurboTax 1099-R. (That is common; my own 1099-R from Arkansas doesn't have that box filled either.) After you finish entering that form, TurboTax will ask you state-specific questions to determine how much of the distribution if any is subject to state tax. (Some states may treat basis differently on their returns than the Feds do; that's true of many Arkansas taxpayers due to court cases over how Arkansas handled basis in the past.)
