When I enter my rollover from a 401K to an IRA the rollover part does not show up?

I'm not sure what you mean by rollover art not showing up, but if this 1099-R is not showing a code of g in box 7, you'll be asked what you did with the money during the followup questions after entering the form. You can choose there that you rolled it over.
