Took more than they should have

I used turbo tax. Had them take out fees from my fed return. After I paid the penalty to the feds was supposed to get a refund of $657.00 but only got 224.. now the way I see it that's a difference of $433...how much did I get charge by turbo tax to do my taxes?

    If you received less from the feds, state, or the processing bank they will all send you a letter of explanation in the next 2 weeks. 


    Since you had the fees withheld from the refund you can check your status at www.sbtpg.com
