The system will not accept my answer about the Disaster Distribution being no. The box keeps re-checking itself. I didn't take a disaster distribution 1099-R

There is no option to delete the 1099-R. I have been using the online form not the downloaded application. I also already paid and was in the filing process.

Did find where to delete the form however that didn’t solve the issue. The form just keeps returning. This is clearly a software issue. Can I get a refund? I would rather go elsewhere to do my taxes rather than try to troubleshoot the online software.
