Yes. Jury duty pay is reportable taxable income. TurboTax has a screen to let you enter it. Here's how to get there:

Open your return if not already open.
In the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
In the Tools window, click the blue button TOPIC SEARCH.
In the search line enter jury duty without quotes.
In the selection list highlight jury duty pay, and click GO.
The next screen should ask about your jury duty pay.
