If he is filing a tax return then his W-2 and his SSA1099 have to be entered on his tax return.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

You left out some information---is he your dependent?   How old is he?  If he is a dependent then he must say on his own return that he can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return.

IRS interview to help determine who can be claimed:

He has to file his own return for it.  You can still claim him as a dependent on your return. Unless he is over 18 and made too much.

You don't include their income on your return. It would only go on their return if they are required to file one.  To file a separate return for your dependent you need to set up a new account.  Online is only good for one return per account.  You can use the same email address for 5 accounts.

Be sure on their return they check the box that says they can be claimed on someone else’s return.  If their only income is W2 and under 12,400 they do not have to file a return except to get back any withholding taken out.
