Okay, got the answer. Turns out I DO NOT have 2 IRAs, I have one IRA and one is a TSP (Thrift Savings Acct) which is like a 401K. Instructions say IRA payments go on line 15a and/or 15b, and TSP payments (like a 401K) go on line16a for pensions and annuities.
