Is anyone else using TurboTax Online Premier Edition missing their 2020 New York State Local Retirement System 1099-r income on the Federal wages and income page?

Yesterday I received my NYSLRS 1099-R and logged into TurboTax Premier online to begin my Tax filing. As I proceeded through the pages and when I got to the Federal Wages

I added one using all the NYSLR numbers and it showed up on the wages and income page. Try logging out and back in again. You may need to change browsers. Please let us know if this continues to be a problem.

Hi Amy,

The online issue isn't adding a new 1099-R to my Federal Wages and income page for 2021. The issue is TurboTax is not pulling the year 2020 1099-R information alone with the other 2020 information such as my 2020 W2, 2020 Bank Int., 2020 Bank Div, and Etc. into my Federal Wages and income page.

So your program is pulling in dividends, interest, etc but not the 1099R? Try starting here . Troubleshoot transferring from a prior year return - TurboTax This article contains links to more articles, if needed.
